Can you share how you decorated them with the sprinkles? and how you made the dots stay on?

I used a small paint brush to add a line of white corn syrup them sprinkled the sprinkles on.
The dots are just attached with some melted white chocolate :)
What are the dots made out of? I was wanting to make some of these for our family lunch this Sunday and LOVE that I found this post!!
The dots are just little edible confetti. You should be able to find them at your local bulk food store. Around here they are in the section with the coffee/spices/colored course sugar, etc.
