Jamaican Rum Shack

This was a last minute cake order that I received this week.   The customer went on a trip to Jamaica recently with some friends and is getting together with them for dinner tonight.   So to bring back the memories of Jamaica what is better then a Jamaican inspired cake for dessert......okay, while maybe some Jamaican Rum would have also been appreciated.    So I came up with making this Jamaican Rum Shack for them.
